Plastic Brains are the Future

Ocean Fever  I absolutely love the ocean a little more than the next person. Everyone's stress reliever is sitting and listening to the ocean waves and looking at the beautiful scenery. However, there is a world wide issue that recently has been brought to the attention of the public. This issue includes plastic in the ocean, chemicals going into the ocean and just bad water pollution. We have little to no time left. We have about 5 years from 2020 till we start seeing some of those long term consequences, and they're already starting to occur (Forrest). The nanoplastics floating around are invisible to the naked eye. They're so small they are able to seep right through the pores of our skin and through the blood barrier that protects our brain (Forrest). Climate Change: The Earth Will Survive, But Will We?

Progress is Impossible Without Change  Have you ever thought about what people do in order to combat climate change? Me too. America itself has had some pretty incredible responses to climate change. From walkouts to state regulations and national precautions. We're looking progress straight in the face and our fight has already started. Do Walkouts Really Work? Walkouts do work, they draw attention and depending on how big they are they make state wide or even national television. September 20th though the 27th of 2019, people across the globe participated in the global climate strike . According to "Global Climate Strike," the strike brought record breaking 7.6 million people out of their homes to speak their minds about this issue. To me this is absolutely amazing. You never get to see the world come together very often, it's both heart warming and heart breaking at the same time. This particular walkout moved millions. The point of walkouts is to be heard b...
